I originally put the struts on without bump stops, and the struts bottomed out. Now with bump stops my suspension rides on top of them the whole time. I called H & R USA they said that it is a "bump stop active system," but I think my bump stops are too hard. Are they supposed to be soft? Would my struts have anything to do with it bottoming out?
