To all interested:

If you have trouble removing them, shoot some WD-40 aroung the emblem.

No, it won't hurt the paint, clearcoat or anything else. If you have some paint thinner (Mineral Spirits), you can use that also. WD-40 is basically mineral spirits.


I didn't say use Liquid Wrench, brake clean, etc!!!



After letting it sit for some time (30 minutes, an hour, over night, etc.), prying it off should be much easier. Removal of residue left behind can be accomplished with WD-40 or MS.


If you still have that death grip on that toothpick in the backside after doing this, feel free to wash and wax the area when done. Otherwise, just wipe the area dry with a clean coth.
