hey guys, my grandfather has an accord with flip up head lights. for some reason they have just stoped fliping back down & they are stuck in the up positoin. I checked all realated fuses & everything was ok. Whats the scoop. Is this a common problem with a common solution? I did a search but didn't find what i was lookin for.
