I haven't lifted since late June cause I got caught up in Wakeboarding and other things.
Anyways, I got a pass to Gold's Gym and I went in and weighed myself before I started lifting.
I lost 9.5 pounds :eek4:
You guys have to understand, that's 6.5% of my body weight. I don't know how I feel about losing 9.5 pounds of muscle :wtc:.
