Sounds like you really need a full tuneup. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, etc should be a step in the right direction. Cleaning out the IACV could also help if it is clogged.

As for the clunking, I had the same issue. Turned out to be bad lower balljoints. I would check those out and see if they need to be replaced.

The steering column might be a little tricky to find. If you can't find it from a wrecking yard or ebay, you might be forced to go to the dealer and bend over for the man. www.acuraautomotiveparts.com will be a good reference to check out the prices and maybe buy from. To prevent that, get an alarm with a two way pager. If they are breaking in, it will alert you and you can go out and beat the shit out of them.
