I am having this problem with my 1991 Honda Accord. First problem is that when I tried to start it today and yesterday it wouldnt start. It wouldn't work with a jump because it doesnt need a jump. The battery is good it has a half tank of gas. It sounds like it wants to start but just wont. And the other problem is that when it is running in park, it just revs by itself, the idle is high, It will go high then back down and repeat that til I put it in gear. When I put it in gear the car just goes it doesnt even need any gas to go. And when i am about to stop it is hard because it feels like it doesnt want to and when I am driving and I let off the gas it just keeps going before it starts to slow down and then it is still hard to slow down. can someone help me please.
