once you remove your seats, including the bottom part of the back seats, just remove the center console. once that is gone, you probably need to remove a few other panels around the car, and you may have to make a slit or two with an exacto knife, and it all should come out. its not that hard.
i recently serviced an Audi A6 that flooded itself(clogged drain plug by the blower motor) and i removed everything from the car, let it sit empty in the sun for a day, replaced one computer component, and put it back together. what you could also do, is get a good wet/dry vac and start sucking up the water. removing the carpet is better in my own opinion cuz all the wire harnesses get to dry properly.
