The Accord is a big car, alot bigger chassis then the Prelude from which you will get this engine. THe h22/23 also wieghts more then the f22/23. As such you will swap the engine, gain some power, and still never be all the fast compared to the same engine stuck in the Lude. But the motor will sound good...

Seriously, given the price of a swap, about $3000, you would make out better selling the Accord and putting it plus some money on a clean used Prelude 98+. I'd trust a 100k mi Lude over a 50k hybrid accord as a daily beater.
