dont know how much it would cost because i normally do things myself.
you need:
manual tranny
clutch master cylinder and hardline running from it to the slave cylinder on the tranny
manual ECU
manual pedals
shifter and linkage

thats just off the top of my head, can someone else list more if there is any?
