I was looking for what I think might be a power steering issue and I found this:

My car doen't make the noise other than when I first start driving it. It is a groaning sound, like fluid movement. I do not THINK its only when I first turn my wheel but it might be.

The car is a 2002 TL -S 56.5k miles and the PS fluid has never been changed

Any thoughts?
