Okay I'm about to buy these cams. Are they 99 ITRs judging buy the rings. Also I know on the exhaust side 99 and down ITR cams have a cam profile less aggressive than 00/01 ITRs an all CTRs by about 3 degrees. Do you think it's not worth it to buy these cams? The seller wants 300. I thought I might buy it cause I didn't even put my head on yet so I figured I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Also does that rust look like a serious problem.
