Hey guys!
I've got a 1998 Prelude non-SH, and I've been very satisfied for the whole year I've had it. I have the new timing belt and water pump under my belt, and there have been no major problems.
Cruising down the highway at 70+ mph, the car veers to the left. My assumption is that I need an alignment - an easy fix.
What worries, though, is that this problem seems to be related to more components than just the suspension.
While driving around town, you don't notice the alignment problem at all - except when accelerating. When accelerating quickly from 20 to 30 in second gear, for example, the wheel pulls hard to the left. But while cruising at 30, there's no noticeable pull on the wheel.
This strange behavior makes me think that there's more than an alignment in need. I'm not sure what the problem is - could anybody help?
Thanks
Btw, there is no ATTS / LSD to even consider as the problem.
