hey recently my timing belt stretched you know the outcome.
i had a d16y8.
i picked up a good d16y7 and good y8 head put them together w/ new gaskets i have only two problems.
one i have a wire on the back of the engine coming out of the harness w/ two other ones one is the crank pos. sensor its hooked up fine the other is the block temp sensor its hooke up fine. the one i cant figure out is a single red wire its pretty short the plug is round and has space for two prongs but its a single wire like i said.
the other is on the very top back of the intake mani. that sensor has a spot for a vaccuum line pointing straight down. i have the line it has a plastic piece on the end like it pops into a rubber fitting. cant figure out where.
also theres a tube running from the thermostat to the coolant pump theres a spce on there for a line cant figure it out.
please help. need to get to work.
