Default Headlights keep exploding, from moisture?

My right driver side headlights have moisture in them, you can see it through the lens and yesterday i just got my car driving again and i took it out, and it blew the bulb, i had an extra in the car so i replaced it and that damn bulb went too. Last night i took it out and i had to get another bulb and the same thing happened to that one, it just burst, is this from the moisture in that headlight getting on the bulb and its just exploding, this is a very pricey problem too if it keeps happening. If it is from the moisture how do i dry out the lens so there is no water inside, i do not know how it got there in the first place, i hadnt driven my car in about two weeks and we had a terrential rain storm and i guess some snuck in during that. Any suggestions would help! thanks.
Oh yea its a 96 integra
