Yeah, you let your foot of the gas just before the 1-2 shift, and then SLAM it back to the floor right as it's shifting into 2nd. If you time it just right you'll get a nice chirp.

Of course, this is also a very good way to grenade your tranny, since AV6 tranny's are a little fragile to begin with, so I wouldn't do it.
