if my boyfriend spent $3000+ on a ring for me i would slap him though for one thing i just dont like rings so i would never want him or anyone to spend that much money for something i wouldnt wear. i just cant understand spending even $1000 on something you wear... let alone just an accessory. and if i were a guy i would want nothing to do with a girl who cared so much about the size of the ring i bought her. i would rather skip the rings and the whole wedding crap, take the money everyone WOULDVE spent on that stuff, and take a nice honeymoon for a month
