Try either Eurodesign or Sylvania silverstar, both are good.
What are you talking about?! Xenith sells kits for $250 full plug in to the factory lights. If you're gonna argue about light glare then all I can tell you is aim your lights. I've successfully installed HID's into a 92 prelude and a 96 Accord with the factory headlights and no glare because I had the light properly aimed by my shop with a machine.
Retro fit for optimum light yes, but not neccessary.
