I have good experience with MTEC and Luminics (my favorite). My luminics are over a year old and their ouput are still the same IMO. Color is pretty white, not blueish. I bought them from SuperAutobacs in SoCal for only $10 during anniversary sale (retail price was $29.99). If you have to buy it at the retail price, it's worth it.
