looking to replace my halogen beams in my 2003 accord - saw some brighter lights on a website for a decent price, but i remember reading somewhere that some people mentioned their wiring harness melted, but wanted to see what you guys had to say about it.

they're 80 watt bulbs as opposed to the normal 55 watts. i had these in my old chevy beretta and didnt have a problem other than the fact that they blew out every 8-9 months (which i didnt care about).
