I had forgotten all about Mexico. I know Honda began sending some Accords over from Mexico for 2003, but I don't know the percentage. Mexican production plants have suffered quality control problems in the past (and that rubbed off on Volkswagen) Hopefully things are different now, especially for the Accord.
Some of the 6th gen was also made in Mexico(I believe starting in 2001).
These cars were, and still are very rare.
