If you can, replace the hose. I dont know of any way to patch a hose up. Hoses are cheap. Just replace the hose, make sure you have something to catch the escaping PS fluid. Refill, then with the motor running, the cap off (off the PS resevoir) start turning the steering wheel from lock to lock. Replenish the PS fluid as necessary.
