I've had good luck using this site. Assuming your chassis has the bolt holes for the main bar brackets, and that you have holes on the rear wheel uprights to attach the endlink plate (if not included) or endlink, you should be able to install the sway bar provided you find all the parts you need. You shouldn't have any issues, just look up an '05 LX and see what parts it list they you don't have...
