Default power steering problem

ok heres the deal. about a month ago i was comin back from my friends house. i stopped at a stoplight and sat there. all of a sudden i see white smoke come from underneath the hood, so bein me i start flippin out about it. i hurry home and pop the hood. i see power steering fluid leakin from around the assembly. its leakin right in front of the engine and leaks onto the exhaust manifold and causes it to smoke. my question is how do i stop this leak?. Now i have Mitchell On-Demand, and for u all who dont know what that is, its like a diagnostic program that u can get on ur computer that mechanics use to find common problems and fix error/codes for every make and model car out there. Well i looked on here and it came up under RECALLS and said that itll leak causin smoke to occur and it even said it could start a fire. I realli dont feel like replacin the whole assembly cause i dont wanna spend alot of money fixin it since i have my civic to worry about. can i just put some kind of sealer around where its leakin to stop the leak. PLEASE HELP!!!! lol...thanx guys...
