you'll see and feel more from a very good brake bleed.... GSuperR had a nite and day difference just by getting his prelude properly bled .

Brembo Slotted, the drill ones have been known to crack, and most brake pads won't produce enough "gases" to cause significant brake fade

PBR Metal Masters, the OEM company for many exotic cars in europe such as porsche...etc

stock lines ... a good bleed and its pretty set
stock calipers
Dot 3/4 high performance fluid

1) if you buy new rotors I suspect they are already properly surfaced...so I don't see why you need to resurface them *not sure though*

2) the bumpy feeling is warped rotors, warped/cracked pads or you are hitting the brakes hard enough to activate the ABS

3) the grind is normal under hard braking, I hve the same thing on my car

4) not too sure, if you don't try stopping on a dime around every corner you won't dust too much.... mine doesn't really dust unless I really am aggressive
