Default Sleeve or not Sleeve

Hi, im new here. can i get a "welcome new guy". anywayz, i have a gsr sitting in my garage, waiting to be pull out and get some work done. i already know what kind of work to do for the head. My concern is the block. i heard different things when it comes to blocks. Some people say to just drop some oversize wiseco hi comp pistons, others tell me to sleeve first then bored out to 2.0L. Now, i dont know much about this thing of boring out the block or sleeving it. See, my budget is limited, but if sleeving the block will guarantee me some good results then i think i can try to affort it. what sleeves are goods and how much will cost to sleeve and bore to 2.0L? Does anyone know any good shops? (im in the east coast). i just want a chillin car, not a mouster drag. i need some experienced people with some good advise about difference between sleeveing or not sleeving my block. thanks
