I use the inFocus 4805 daily, i have been very very happy with it. It has many features in common with the model you listed, inFocus seems to be the brand to go with for qaulity on the lower end of the price spectrum.

for my infocus 4805, complaints are:

noisy fan
have to turn it off manually (switch instead of being able to use the remote)
The Component input requires an adapter (came free but still for an elegant look no adapter would be nice).
It has probably the worst table top stand I've ever worked with, hard to adjust and get just right.

people complain about having to manually focus, I don't see this as a big deal

Pros
The picture is KILLER even in the day / with lights on.
for the price it is a bargain.
Looks good on a crappy screen / wall, way better then the Dell projectors I have experience with.

You'll read about "rainbow effect" I don't see this at all, nor has anyone who's been over.
