Nah, the K24A3 gives out 187bhp and like 179 torque thingys..
But on that.. I think the A2 has 200hp.. you think putting an A2 head on it would give me the missing 13?

Cams? pretty sure they are not out and I haven't heard of anybody making any...
ECU? I am pretty sure you can use Hondata K-pro, you may just have to change a few things around as far as your harness or your ECU (not sure on that one though)

You probly don't have a header, and that would be a very good place to start. people ahve been making anywhere from 5-20hp with just the addition of a nice header. You will see much better improvement though if you free up all of the airflow and not just one area (intake, header, exhaust).
and of course you can always swap the head but for some reason you sound like you don't want to do that...

Be careful when picking up a cam pair for the motor though...the K24 doesn't rev as high as the k20 so you may not see all the gains that a K20 would due to the lower rev limit.
