Well, I haven't gotten much done today at all. All I did was torque the flywheel and clutch bolts and did the throw out bearing. Then I spent a good 5 hours trying to jack the tranny back up to the engine. I can't get the tranny to stay on the jack. Maybe I'm having such a hard time because my friends are asses and are to lazy to come and help. I can get the jack under the tranny, but I have to hold it by the starter hole, and jack it up with the other hand then I almost drop it, lower the jack and continue these steps for 5 hours. I so wish I had a hoist so this would be a breeze. Is there like any tips to get the tranny to stay on the jack without holding it?
