I'd remove your passenger side headlight and try some compressed air.

It's not hard to bake and remove the lens, but if you bake with the dirt on the chrome, you might make it even worse.


TYC is a brand that makes headlights. They're pretty poupular, but if you don't fit HID's in there, the light output is pretty dim.
