it's stiffer, so it doesn't give as much body roll as the stock accord's sway bar's would.
all accords understeer when pushed, unless you do something to change that. the way my suspension is setup i can get the thing to oversteer pretty easily, i have to be careful with it sometimes. but it will understeer still too...i remember when i installed my eibach front and rear sways the rear went on with no problems, that front one was a BITCH to get in and out tho. being on your back on concrete for 2 hours isn't the most pleasent feeling in the world, but it was worth it. on 7th gens i think you've got to drop the frame to get the front one out. on 6th gens it runs under the frame so it's all good.
