First of all I can bet you $100 that it's not camber but more toe. Toe wears out tires quicker than camber. Since with camber you just roll on the sidewalls more than with toe where you are scrubbing the sidewalls.

How would I know since both my Civics run with -2.5 to -3.0 camber on the front and the tires are fine after 1-2 years.
