I am running a JRSC on a D16 and got all my EM for free from www.pgmfi.org Iam running turboedit but depending on your year you can run uberdata or crome. Only thing you will be out is the injectors (I got my DSM 450s for $50) and a rom chip and socket also aburner if you want to burn the chips yourself.
