whats your defintion of a stand-alone?
To some hondata isn't a stand-alone bacause it runs off of your stock ecu, ther for it's a piggy-back...
I consider it a stand-alone for the simple fact that you can tune almost every aspect that your need...
If you can tune yourself go with uberdata, otherwise go with what your tuner is comfortable with (pays big time to have a trustworthy tuner) and go that route. Not only will you probably have a safer engine you'll probably make more power if your tuner is familiar with your tuing set-up. Granted tuning is pretty much the same, familiarity pays dividends.
