I've got the Streetlite flywheel in my 96 EX (D16Y8) along with an ACT Heavy Duty pressure plate and clutch disc.

I do notice a slight difference with the lighter flywheel, and no problems at all! Most of the rest of the car is pure stock, and I don't plan on taking it to a track anytime soon, so everybody recommended not going below the 12lb Streelite model. I love it!
