Check out www.howstuffworks.com and learn about engines...it's a great and easy website to use. H23 is the old Prelude motor, which didn't have VTEC. It would be such an expensive and time consuming project, and in the end you'd wind up with...a Honda Accord with maybe 5 extra horsepower and more pronounced VTEC engagement. If you did everything right. I don't even know how you'd do it though.
