Well I tried not to offend too many people but franky I think the entire school of business is shit. But then, I am a strong believer in learning to think instead of learning how to perform a task. It makes you much more flexible in the job market.
However, I do view the accounting and finance degree fields as useful. However, both could be merged into the colleges of arts and science before the business schools of the world are burned to the ground.
Personally if I was heading in the direction of a BB, it would certainly be in finance. It's really an economics degree with some more operations management/budgeting/applied courses to boot.
