I have a 98 Honda Accord LX 2.3L VTEC, and I want to add some parts to improve the performance, and MPG. I also don't want to spend very much either, I'm still in Highschool, so I don't have alot of money to spend. And my Grand-P's car is a 02 Honda Accord EXi with a 3.0L V6, and he would like to know how to improve his MPG.
