I had the same problem when my car bottom out over rail road tracks. Had this rattle at one set of RPMS.
I hit a speed bump at like 30mph, it was the only one they hadn't removed yet. Now my exhaust rattles just at 2,000 to 2,500 rpms. No lower nor higher.
