The drain plug is on the passenger side, near the front tire (for 4cyl AT models). You don't need a socket, you actually insert the 3/8" rachet head into the drain bolt. Ideally you'll need a new crush washer and torque to 36lb-ft.

Don't flush, just drain and fill like said above.
