walking is a great cardio starter if u havent been exercising.... shoot for an hour a night..walk fast enough to talk but not get winded.. before u weight lift u have to warm the muscles up, loosen them up.. so get moving on a treadmill for about 10 mins..when u lift or use machines, exhale on the exertion that will prevent straining and help with correct form..stretch after u r done that will help lean out the muscle..cardio is what gets the belly fat off men and women..diet has alot to do with getting the belly fat off..u r what u eat in reference to belly fat..
