Im not sure if any radio will work or not. As long as there is a 16pin green female plug on it, Id assume it will work.

(The dome light can be solved by just connected the light green/red and light green/black wires, from the green connector, together. This is what I did when I replaced my factory keyless with an aftermarket alarm. Now I dont need the factory deck anymore. (no, its not for sale)
