So I was laid up in bed sick last week. My girlfriend being the great gal that she is, went and washed my car while I was having a nap wanting to surprise me. Well, trouble is, something happened - I'm not exactly sure what - and now my hood is scratched up. I don't know how exactly she managed to scratch up the hood, but I guess the water had some grit in it or something. It looks like windows streaks from bad glass cleaner, but it's most definitely scratched. Not deep mind you, but it makes the hood look hazy. She feels awful about it.

What is the best way to get these out?
