werd. you alernator is going bad. i had one go bad and its output went up. that sucked cuz my headlights blew along with other bulbs so get that thing fixed soon.
when it happens again, get a digatal multimeter and test the battery terminal voltage. it should be nothing more that 14.4 volts and nothing less than ~12.5 volts.
