I pulled the 8 pin connector on the fan timer unit and here is what I found. First of all, the TW switch was connected, the condensor fan fuse and relay were both connected with the ignition off. When I began, the condensor fan was running on high speed. When I disconnected the 8 pin connector, the fans immediately shut off. So I placed a test light across the 8 terminals on the connector and found that only the white wire (one of the four middle terminals) had power. The other 7 pins were dead. So in the diagram above, which wire is the white wire and why would this cause the fans to run. I assume the white wire is power to the unit and there is an internal problem with the fan unit causing the fans to run non stop. Do I now just buy a new fan timer unit? By the way, the timer is under the left dash way in the corner. Not fun to get to. Thanks in advance for the help.
