Dallas is like 225 miles from Houston, pretty much straight north and a bit west. The worst parts of Rita as per latest NOAA tracking data are a bit to the east of Houston itself and the storm is at least projected to head pretty much straight north. I'm thinkin HAN will be just fine. h:
