Correct. 130 for the non VTEC engines. EX models had 145 w/ vtec. Personally, having driven an LX and comparing it to my car, I don't feel a difference. I do notice that 94-95s tend to have better acceleration than 96-97s (regardless of having vtec or not) but thats about it.
