Did some searching on this board, I found a couple service manuals for civics but they were for 95 and 98 civics. Is there a service manual, or step by step instructions on how to do this? I just need to replace the bumper cover.

I've replaced a power window motor before so that's pretty much my level of expertise, would replacing a bumper be along that line of difficulty?

Also, I just want to replace it with a stock one, painted blue. Should I go to a dealer, or go through other channels to get one? Would cost/quality be any different between the two? Quality in terms of part quality and paint job quality...
