What Changed the rmp? prm? Confused. Do you mean it changed the max fuel cut off?

NEVER rev your car higher than your indicated redline unless your engine has different pistons, valve springs, rings, etc. Fuel injectors and rails won't make a damn bit of difference performance wise unless you're running forced induction and they will definitely not help your engine last longer.

Although I talked to a guy who had a 4th gen Accord and his tranny blew when he was 40 highway miles from home. He drove all the way home at 8000-8500 RPM, hoping it would blow up or something cool but it didn't. True story.
