If you're actually going to let the dealer do it for whatever ungodly amount they charge, talk to a tech and ask then let him do it how he's been trained to do it. They know more than anyone about this stuff. Change your tranny fluid as specified in the owner's manual, Honda knows more than we do.

This is my opinion, people are going to disagree but I believe there is maintaing a car properly and also overly maintaining the car to the point where you're doing more harm than good or just wasting your time.
