I would go ACT HDSS. Exedy is good only as a stock replacement. If you dont plan on modding the car much and dont beat on it too much, Exedy is fine.

It just depends on how serious you are about modding this car. A flywheel does feel nice, it revs much easier, but dont look for some astronomical difference. If money is tight, it isnt a necessity.
